Strawberry Sauce recipe
Ingredients:
1 ¼ cups of frozen strawberries.
3 tablespoons of granulated sugar.
1 tablespoon of orange juice.
1 teaspoon of cornstarch.
½ teaspoon of orange rind, grated.
Directions:
In a suitably sized saucepan, stir together the strawberries, sugar and the orange rind.
Mix together orange juice and cornstarch; then stir into pan and cook over medium-high heat until thickened (about 8 minutes).
Chill before serving.
